Chilled Capellini with Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes and Prawns 冷たいトマトとエビのカペリーニ


Another chilled pasta dish (great on those warm spring/summer days). Tossed some cooked shrimp with a variety of halved heirloom cherry tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper. Throw the mix over chilled capellini (see previous post), sprinkle some chopped chives, then eat quickly.
