Spaghetti Al Tonno E Pomodoro ツナ入りトマトソースのスパゲッティ
Made this simple pasta using some frozen homemade tomato sauce (will write about this at some point) as a departure from the meat-based tomato sauces that I often fall back on. Very simple to make - heated the defrosted sauce in a pan, then added a whole can of tuna with the water (if using oil packed tuna, better to drain), broke up the tuna, added some capers, and brought to a simmer. Poured the sauce over freshly cooked spaghetti and sprinkled some chopped parsley to finish. Enjoyed with a simple salad of romaine lettuce.
