Mahi Mahi with Bok Choy and Shiitake Mushrooms in Red Curry Sauce マヒマヒと青梗菜、シイタケのレッドカレーソース


Sautéd some bok choy and sliced shiitake mushrooms in vegetable oil, added some Thai red curry sauce (used a bottled one from Trader Joe's), simmer a bit, then poured over seasoned mahi mahi filets quickly panfried in a skillet. Quick, simple, yet delicious.
